1. Outdoor grill. It's suppose to help with flare ups. I switched from charcoal to gas grill and there's a big difference. The flare ups are driving me insane!!
  2. Considering I like my meat carbonized, I consider flare ups to be a bonus.
    :p
  3. Will do Andrew, this will be my first time trying the brand.

  7. I have a bowl of DR Harris Sandalwood and the performance is pretty good. I don't think the post shave slickness is as good as Stirling soaps. But it's a good performer. The Sandalwood is not like a true Sandalwood...it has multiple other scents to it and is likely accentuated with Sandalwood. Hard to describe the scent other than it stinks good and clean

  12. Alligator leather handle? I always thought the Louisiana Slugger was an alligator wrestler from Henderson.

  15. My Aristocrat-maybe and dog-knows-what are still wandering around. The tracking system showed it at the wrong post office yesterday (MISSENT), and when I called the 800 number to maybe see if they'll just hold it, the system claims it's IN TRANSIT. I don't know where it's in transit TO, because the tracking system online says it's still at that post office. The Ming-Shi? Who knows when they'll show up, or if they'll show up. The only other one I'm waiting for is a set of straight razors - http://www.ebay.com/itm/222489505019 - that is marked as 'shipped', but with no shipping number. No answer from the email I sent a couple of days ago asking for a shipment confirmation, and apparently the seller has three 'item not shipped' strikes against them in the last 6 months. (lots of good feedback as well, so it's not like they do it constantly).

Oh - yeah, I'm also waiting for a replacement valve set to show up for my refrigerator. One of the valves seems to have a pinhole leak, and my icemaker fill line ends up with ice in it when it's not in use.

  19. It's funny, up until a year ago I never had an ice maker in refrigerator, now I'd really miss it if it was gone.

BTW as for your Aristocrat I hope all ends well; I sent a restored brush to the UK, sadly never made it it there.

  20. Well, supposedly it's now out for delivery today. It apparently took two days for them to move the thing 10-15 miles to the right post office.
