I've mostly relegated the Feather Weight to the kids' table, but with the Blue Star it provided an impressive performance on my head shave. It took longer than I like to get from DFS to BBS but I'm inviting it back to sit with the adults. Rockwell on 3 breezed to BBS on the beard. Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk

Gillette Tech Bulldog Handle Rapira Swedish Supersteel (4) Semogue BC Mistura TOBS Avocado Alum I am getting close to 1 pass territory with the tech. The main reason I did a second pass today was because I had a brush full of goodness that I did not want to go to waste. It ended up being a quick 2 pass bbs shave this morning. Enjoy your day.

Cosmo is my first and only soap from SV and it performed like a champ. The scent strength was somewhat mild, but the cushion was excellent. The slickness was really great and the post feel has been outstanding this morning. I really enjoyed this soap. Steve
Thanks Jeff. BTW, my son picked up 2 Sterling soaps last weekend. No chill, but he liked Black Cherry and Bay Rum. He has been very happy with his selections and I was too because I knew he was getting something with good performance. Steve
Here's my Sunday morning planned shave: L'Oreal Men Expert Facial Wash Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster Super Speed/Rapira day 7 Tcheon Fung Sing Sottozero S/S Gold Bond Moisturizer Proraso Green A/S Splash As promised I'll be using the Sottozero soap - it's actually very good. Its minty scent is really nice and it delivers fantastic, rich, stable lather really easily. Its menthol sensation as I've stated is only about a 4.5 at best, so it's a little milder than the Proraso Green. Its skincare is very good and protective. The Proraso Green aftershave splash is a favorite of mine - whenever I use it I enjoy it a lot!
I never tried those two Stirlings but I'm sure one day I'll at least try the Bay Rum. Somehow I'm not really a fan of the scent of Black Cherry.
You will probably need to grind down the blade stabilizer first. For some reason they make them toooooo thick. The blade won't sit flat on the stones unless you do.
