  1. No, I needed her assistance to cut the tape so I could get the razor blade untaped from my finger. Of course I was just out of the shower, so the only thing I had on was the tape holding the razor blade. Good times.
  2. As some of you guys know, I've been in San Diego since Wednesday night visiting two of my daughters. I got to celebrate a graduation and a coming grandchild (my first one). I was able to attend a 3D imaging session with my very pregnant daughter and it was a wonderful experience.
The guys on this thread are special to me, so I want to present the first pictures of my grandson. He is due July 6th and is already estimated to weigh 4lbs 14oz. He's going to be a big boy and I can't wait. [IMG]
  3. It was. Thank you.
  4. Brian, thanks for sharing these amazing images of your beautiful grandson. We'll continue to pray for his and his dear mom's health and safety!

  5. Very cool Brian! Years ago when my children were in utero, sonograms were a new thing. The doctors only used them if they thought there might be a problem. Glad you got a peek at your grandson in 3-D, no less!
  6. Thank you! Prayers are always appreciated.

  7. Thank you! I have three daughters and didn't have this opportunity with them. It was wonderful to be present for this.
  8. That is SO cool, Brian!

One of the better shaves of 2017! Chased it...and the alum was good. The skin was smooth, the cold rinse felt great, and the finish was heroic. Other than that...all is quiet in Colorado.

    Have a superb Sunday!
    :)

  13. My Plisson is the same knot type. I've used it about 500+ times with little signs of wear. Consider making it your primary.

    Gem Featherweight

BSB-2 with Vie Long 2 Band
    Mystic Water Lavender Lime
    Myrsol Agua Balsamica

A new week brings a change in brush and the soap. The brush for this week brings back the BSB-2 two band and continuing the Mystic Water May Lavender Lime is back again. The BSB-2 easily lathered up the MW Lavender Lime. The brush was a pleasure to use face lathering with its firm scrub. The slight cooling effect of the Lavender Lime was a plus on a humid muggy morning. A traditional 3 pass shave with touch ups ended in a my normal near BBS. The Featherweight is a very smooth shaver but on the mild side. A little more mild than the razors I typically prefer. However the little Featherweight is a nice change of pace. I finished up with a splash of Agua Balsamica and I am ready for a relaxing day. I hope everyone has a great Sunday.
  17. Near to where we were staying on vacation, there was a place that advertised imaging in 3-D and 4-D (whatever that is).
  18. I would guess it might be 3D with motion, time being the 4th dimension.
  19. Pretty great, Brian! :)
  20. Congrats, Brian! Very exciting, and great shots of the handsome little guy!
