What is your plan for MAYhem?

No shave for me today. Next week will feature the Featherweight. I'm very intrigued by the Twinjectors that provided such a good shave yesterday in the L1. Those will get some time in the future.

Next week I'm going to go with an alliterative theme for each day:
    Menthol Monday
Tobacco Tuesday - either Hibco Tobacco or Soap Commander Fortitude
    Williams Wednesday - BULLY!
Thorough Thursday (this one is a little corny, but I'll find a soap that has been neglected or used sparingly)
Fat Friday - the normal Friday combination
    Stirling Saturday - self explanatory

This will be fun as I wrap up the last week of this school year!

Thanks. He is bigger than my twins were as well. They had a combined weight just under nine pounds.

Thanks to all of you for the congratulations and well wishes for my grandson. I don't want to fill an alleged shaving thread with individual thank you responses, but believe me they are all appreciated. I am so excited

I just did a test lather with Williams in preparation for Wednesday. Soaked the soap and boar brush for a few minutes. Then loaded like it owed me money, slowly adding water near the knot and letting it drip down through the bristles. Loaded more, more water, loaded more, etc. Then I bowl lathered, still adding tiny amounts of water near the knot and and letting it drip through. I bowl lathered for what seemed like forever, but was awarded with this:

Then I lathered up my hand with good results:

I let it sit for about two minutes to see about degradation:

Some loss of lather but not as much as some uses of Williams.

I think bowl lathering helps. I face lather exclusively but will bowl lather the Williams on Wednesday to get the water ratio just right. It is SLICK for days.

    Two finishing thoughts:
    1) My wife rolls her eyes as I do this.
    2) Imagine shaving with Williams and then finishing with Stirling Electric Sheep splash (which they don't make). But just imagine the mosquito warding power you would emit.

Electric Sheep Splash is soon to be a reality. I am gonna buy so much of it that @ezlovan will have to ship it in a tanker with hazmat placards.

Well actually, I am gonna order a bottle of it and see. I know I am going to love it, I'm just not sure anyone else is. It may be one of those alone time scents.
