It looks great, Clint. I enjoy seeing that olivewood when its turn rolls around. Lately, I am really becoming a fan of vetiver. That is a very classy looking setup.
Thank you Jared. The little brush is really a lather making machine. This soap was my first time trying a vetiver scent which prompted me to try a similar aftershave. I am hooked now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
It's going to be a no shave Sunday for me. I was just a bit too lazy this morning and woke up late. I then decided the great shave I had yesterday with the Koraat was still holding up for today. I hope everyone has a great Sunday!
I'm glad to be back! We spent a beautiful week in Rocky Point, Mexico. We were lucky, the weather was gorgeous all week.
May 28 (Sunday ) - Supply Provision Single Edge injector on One-Dot plate / Personna (4) Supply Provision synthetic brush The Red Green Duct Tape Special frankensoap Alum and Thayers Witch Hazel Astringent Aftershave I have the frankensoap dialled in now with any brush I choose to use. I get consistently excellent lather that provides all the shaving performance I need. My shave today was interrupted by phone calls so I rushed it a little. A brisk 1 1/2 passes brought me to a DFS- -- there's a patch on my right jawline that should have had an extra pass done on it to get me from DFS- to near BBS. However, I finished today with no blood or irritation of any kind. The alum was silent and the alcohol aftershave didn't burn at all today either. So overall an excellent shave and back to getting good results with this razor.
A very nice leisurely Sunday morning shave. What a great way to start a day. L and L Cuir et Épices Soap Oscar 11 Boar Brush Koraat Razor Lucky Tiger L and L Cuir et Épices After Shave Have a blessed Sunday!
Not so MAYhem Route 66 Barbershop Hop B-400 Omega 98 boar '59 Gillette FB on #nine Feather Hi-Stainless blade Alum, Pinaud Citrus Musk No risk (for me) shave with a familiar tool. Whipped up that well know Route 66 lanolin lather in (what is?) Barber Shop scent by Kathleen @Salty Belle. Used the new knot in Tom's (@twhite ) swappable ferrule handle. Now I have the set! Badger (WD High Mountain via Clint @clint64), Synthetic (Tuxedo from APShaveCo), and a fresh nearly NOS type boar (Omega #10098). The Feather blade wasn't a keen as it could be so it hit the bin after the shave. Still got in 3 passes plus buffing and slides. A decent DFS with sparkly alum. Good alcohol burn from the latest AS in my den. Good Shaves Y'all!

Safe travels, Chris! Checking a bag I take it. Otherwise the hijackers and more especially the ridiculous useless security theater overreaction to them by the TSA has really taken much of the pleasure out of air travel. Can't even carry a small Swiss Army knife with you anymore - or shave properly when you get to your destination...
