I had the creme. Like I've said before, great quality, but stains the towels. Strong N' Scottish looks like you've lathered your face with chocolate cool whip. Not cool.
Seven months? Can't do it. I've been looking for another summer scent so I don't get tired of Proraso green. I am now waiting on Stirling Margaritas in the Arctic soap and AS. While I was at it I ordered their Bay Rum soap and a bottle of Captain's Cat O' Nine Tails for after summer.
Arrived today minty fresh so took it for the traditional 7 o'clock shadow two pass tester. I like it a lot. With one shim plenty efficient and smooth. Definitely more aggressive than my Techs. Head shave will be the real test tomorrow. Not much gold left on the Shovelhead but the Star handle is an improvement. Certainly has more of a Streamline look. Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk
Wow that handle and shovel head look awesome together! It does have that streamline look. I've never shimmed before. But I may look for it just for the handle. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yes but now must find a mintier Shovelhead to match the pristine handle. It never ends. Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk
Mix some Tabasco in the soap and tell him it's suppose to feel that way. But really, very nice way to introduce him to DE shaving (minus the Tabasco).
When he starts to really know how to use it, I'll send him a three piece. Either a Tech or DE89 type razor.
Pre war Tech or an English Tech and some Stirling soap would be great for Christmas. I'm still enjoying my Schick Krona I recently pick up. Inexpensive and great for travel as well.
It usually starts with this phrase ... "I was poking around on ebay ...." Well same here, and I found this sad little razor. It happen to be my birth year and quarter, so I took pity on it and got it for a song. Probably gonna send it to Cap Murphy for some TLC.
You ordered some good stuff! Yeah, I really need to cut back, I can add a razor but nothing else, slow down 17.
I have an Ikon razor on the way, too. That's on here a couple of pages back. After that, I might be able to go through the end of the year without any additions.
