Shaving soap: Jabones by Luna "Edicion Especial foroafeitado".
Razor: Maggard Slant / MR14 greep.
Blade: Lord Super Stainless (1).
After shave: Figaro AS gel.

The synthetic Maggard knot is very much like the Tuxedo - in everything ...

Holy Mackerel!

It seems like this new Glacial Eskimo Tuxedo soap bowl has even more of a freeze than the one I finished. It's got the same delightful Sharp Dressed Man scent, its lather is just as great, and so is the skincare. Seriously, the menthol hit me HARD as soon as I began to lather up, and just seemed to increase with each pass. The Glacial Unscented balm froze me plenty more, and the Snake Bite nearly killed me. (just kiddin'!) BBS in three effortless passes!

 

Thanks all. Jaime - that blade size is fairly common. However, it's a wedge and not hollow ground so it's got more steel behind it than most. The lack of a shoulder as it transitions from the blade to the tang adds to that solid look.

LASS Woody Lavender today. 20 seconds to load the Lucite Plisson Badger brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. I loaded a new Vintage Gillette Platinum Plus in the Fat Boy. Excellent smooth, close shave. I finished with YSL M7 Oud Absolu EdT.
