There's a review online where the reviewer called Nationwide Campus and specifically asked where theirs was being made and the ONLY answer they would give is it's made "overseas." So as far as I know (from other reviews) is nobody knows who (or where) made the Nationwide Campus razor. And as far as I can tell, nobody knows who makes the eBarberShop razor either and they look identical in all the pictures I've seen. Where did you see that they were made by different manufacturers? I read a couple reviews that theorized that Nationwide Campus had a ton made and due to bad reviews sat on them and eBarberShop picked up the inventory and is selling them until they sell out. I'll see if I can find it but I read a review on a different shaving forum where someone had the Nationwide Campus version and picked up the eBareberShop version and he said they were identical.

I have NO idea on what is fact or fiction as I'm only going by years of web reviews from people who probably don't know much more than you or I do. And personally I don't care if it's the same OEM that made both versions if the issues were eventually fixed. I've seen LOTS of positive reviews on the version that eBarberShop sells and I think that's all that really matters. My only issue with it is for a Chinese copy, it seems way overpriced. For double the money you can get an all stainless steel injector that can use adjustable plates (Supply Single Edge).

Here's the review I'm talking about (with pic): http://shaveblog.com/?p=32

A lousy start with the new G-Bar, the Blue Star feeling tuggy and inefficient. I buffed the back of my head until my arm got tired then brought out the Shake Sharp. As I've had better results from the Feather Weight I hold out the possibility the blade was at fault. We'll see.[IMG]

You need better blades. I like the Ted Pella coated stainless. I think the GEM stainless and the Personna stainless are the same thing.

A little Hussy love was in order this morning. I was squeezed for time and needed to look good so the Hussy stepped up to the plate. Easy, quick, super close, super smooth. Nothing but face-rubbing goodness. :happy036:

Today was the last shave of the week with the Featherweight/PAL duo. Kind of a steep drop off as far as smoothness goes. Boo-coo tugging in the neck area. Luckily no blood was shed. Blue Stars up on Sunday.

Schick G1 was spot on today. Smooth and comfortable. Terrific shave with some added M-bomb for cooling effect. Really enjoyable.

Smooth and close shave but I noticed that in comparison with the Ever-Ready 1912 this Push-Button wasn't as slick sliding over the skin. Had a minor mishappening with a weeper near a small mole but very swiftly controlled with the comfort lather and cold water. I'm also noticing that I'm face lathering more and more, and with this brush is really a treat!

I've been picking up a few SE's lately so l thought I would crash the party.

Great shave with the Micromatic OC this morning. I'm loving the vintage SE's!

The 1912 is just too awesome. I like the push button just fine....but it can not keep up with the 12. I am glad your enjoying the face lather too. It's awesome!

Welcome!! There is a lotta OCMM love around these parts!!
