    Look for me to try another "mad scientist" experiment this week-pairing my Fields&Streams soap(LocalGentShavingCo)with my Sandpiper(Stirling)A.S. I figure sandpipers like to hang around fields and streams :).

    Thanks! To be clear, I was never in real danger directly. We didn't see anything other than commotion and lights at a distance. It happened while we were approaching on a train, and fortunately, we got delayed leaving a concert. Things just work right for me sometimes, though the victims are on my heart today!

    Ahh, I had a mental/metal lapse. Feel free to bail if that causes irritation. Fine line between crazy & insane.

    You have several Mystic Water soaps - favorite scent? I picked up the same raspberry lemon from The Pass Around and may try others. Great lather and on the plus side - intense scent.

    Have you put it to the stones? Any great difference when honing a smiley?

    Oh, a connoisseur of smoking! What kind of wood chips in the tubs? I prefer hickory, less so mesquite. With trees in my yard I'm learning to enjoy free pecan wood.

    My wife is going to Italy in August with her girlfriend. I'm already talking up situational awareness. Herself has a tendency to walk around in Condition White.

    I had a talk with Mrs Samurai about that. Things like sweeping the horizon with the eyes every few minutes, always walking slightly in front and to my left in crowds so I can protect best(I am a right handed martial artist, puts her on the correct side if I need to step through), and what to do in the event of an incident in the immediate area. It's always best to figure that stuff out beforehand.

    1. Jeff's Lavender
    2. Lime
    3. Raspberry Lemon
    4. Orange Vanilla
    5. Lavender & Lime
    6. Eucalyptus & Spearmint
    7. Lilac
