Very good shave with the 1910 scrollwork ABC. The re-knotted Rubberset whipped up the J. M. Fraser sample into very good lather and let the Voskhod blade slice through the whisker to leave me smooooooth. Have a blessed day gentlemen.

Morning shave today with the El Jefe and just to see how it would go, I threw in a Feather Super Pro which I had used yesterday with the Brass General. It was a very, very close and efficient shave. I was a little surprised on how smooth it felt. Not Like a Feather Pro or any of the Kai blades, but very nice. A 2 pass WTG, ATG and no buffing or clean ups. Just 2 tiny weepers, a little alum bite with very mild irritation along the jawline, but the witch hazel, balm and aftershave made short work of it. Post shave feel was excellent and skin felt smooth and soft. Just an excellent shave. Have a great day and shaves Gents.....

Still on the Road, Still Enjoying My Mastro Livi RWL34 Razor​

Still on the road and still enjoying this Mastro Livi RWL34 very much! I am very happy I have brought with me this straight razor and it is giving me exceptional shaves, smooth and with an impeccable BBS. Three passes of pure satisfaction for an irritation free shave and a super smooth skin. I have simply stropped this RWL34 razor on Mastro Livi travel loom strop - leather side, of course - followed by hand palm stropping and the razor was ready to give the best shave. The Omega Professional 48 shave brush did its usual excellent job in mounting a rich lather from the Negozio Leggero shaving cream. As usual, Pinaud Clubman aftershave delivers both a refreshing and spicy sensation. Great shave!​

The scent of this Electric Sheep soap is so awesome that I cannot get over it. I'll finish off the sample before I start the new container I received yesterday. I guess that the mutton tallow base is one of the reasons why it lathers so well and feels so good on my skin. I always used and enjoyed the Lubriderm moisturizer because it has a great soothing effect!

Great shave today. I really like Parker's razors. They are mild but efficient. The GSB is still going strong at shave #17.

Wonderful shave this morning with several new products. First off, this brush is wonderful. It's beautiful, feels great in the hand and the knot is crazy soft. I also now understand why Mike's is a difficult soap to get; great lather, protection and scent. Finally the Chatillon Lux, as close to perfect as an AS gets. It was a fantastic way to start my day. here is my Shave from yesterday:


Razor: Merkur 34c // Blade: Personna red // Soap: Henri et Victoria Cognac and Cuban Cigars // Brush: Whipped Dog // Aftershave: CH Pitralon mixed with Jojoba Oil

Hadn´t used the soap for a long time now. Yesterday i stood in front of my den and thought, that this one would be a great idea. IT WAS!!! The scent is very noble. Not the heaviest scent, but very good noticable during the shave. Absolutely great!!! The razor was gentle and gave me a nearly BBS Shave in 3 easy and joyful passes.

Lolllllllllll Wow, either it's my technique which needs to be improved or it's my imagination because I find the Parker R 22 fairly aggressive.
