    Razor - 1962 (H1) Gillette Slim (6)
    Blade - [IMG] (2)
    Soap - Arko
    Brush - WCS Synthetic
    Post - Alum

Second night on the Titanium and the razor is in my "normal" setting. The 6 setting seems to work best for me when I'm just shaving to shave, so it makes it an even better stop between 3 and 9 on the trial shaves. Lather was good, and the blade was smooth and comfortable. I'm still watching for a reaction to the coating and so far, other than a bit warmer alum than I expected, nothing is happening. Two passes and touch up and I'm near-BBS. Oh what the heck, the baby is in the house. I'm not going to nit pick a shave this good. Another Super-Max on its way to an awesome three shave run.

I finally found another explanation for the origin of my CT today. The newest Bloom County Sunday strip sheds more light on the origin of the sound. It's always been attributed to Bill the Cat hacking up hairballs (he is a dead cat, they have a harder time with it) but there seems to be a new theory of origin. Some of you who are around my age will recognize the "extra player" in this strip. For those unfamiliar with the wonders of Bloom County, the gentlemen in the final scene is none other than Steve Dallas. Slimy ambulance chasing, skirt chasing, hard drinking all around scumbag attorney. In other words, he handled my last divorce.

If you have never tried Boots shave sticks I recommend that you fly to London and pick one up. The 30DC Ap Shaving Tuxedo knot did a super job with it and the Special Reserve topped it all off.

Sounds good Guy. I'm also happy you brought the TDG to my attention. They are excellent bowls. It is getting more difficult to find good knots. IMO.

    Tabacstag!
The now expected Tabac excellence this morning. The Rockwell s6 R6 with a feather blade felt smooth and easy, with little burn from the splash as proof. Tabac Balsam is an unsung high quality performer. A tiny bit covers my face and neck.
    Prep: Chatillon Lux butter
    Soap: Tabac
