    VDH Luxury Shaving Soap
    Jayaruh #2
    Gillette Double Ring
    Gillette Silver Blue
    CWR, Asma Alum Block
    Thayer's Lemon WH
    Pinaud Vegetal

The VDH Luxury Shaving Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #2 badger brush. I did the two passes with the Gillette Double Ring razor and Gillette Silver Blue blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Pinaud Vegetal AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Excellent review. I'm going to try the Classic soap & AS tomorrow with some samples they were handling out at Maggards. I really enjoy Diamond so I expect to like these. I can't wait.

I've been enabled as well. Diamond is my current favefrom B&M....just wish they had a matching aftershave. I'm in deep enough that I may as well own everyone of their offerings:D

Humm, You did have a CT. Doesn't mean the next one will be the same. I have absolutely no control of those magic buttons & dare not tug on The Queen's hem for what might happen to me.
My CT is a constant reminder to think twice before posting.

In Saigon, first shave on my two month sojurn. The Rockwell case neatly holds six heads to match with the Rockwell handle, shims, and set screws. The hybrid SABI/Pearl head is simply magnificent with a fresh Permasharp and one shim. Level of aggression is R41ish but even more efficient. Two pass + minimal cleanups = BBS.[IMG][IMG]

Bringing protection so not too worried :).

Pretty much a wet shavers wasteland unfortunately so no expectations in that department.

Obligatory ,"Doh!" I was thinking your kit had plenty of razors, so you wouldn't get bored shaving with the same ol' same ol'.

One of the downsides of shaving my head is not being able to enjoy anymore the fabulous hair wash/massage/cucumber mask routine. I give the shave and ear cleaning a pass
