Thank you, Clint! I'm enjoying it very much. We've moved on to the next stop at my in-laws in Mobile.

It's getting low! I've had 56 shaves on the puck. An open spot has developed on the bottom so it won't be long. I'll certainly get a replacement as it works really well for me.

 

Are you suggesting that Perry is a bit shy of a full puck?

Glad you had a safe trip considering world events. My paternal ancestors are Welsh. I hope to one day make the pilgrimage, too. What part of the country did you see? Being a fan of The Doctor, there's a certain bit of sidewalk I'd like to stand on in Cardiff.

 

Start on your cheeks (the ones above your neck ) in a WTG pass. That Torrey would be a safer open blade trainer than the shavettes. Good job on setting him up Adam @Drygulch! Is it a round point?

Yesterday was a second great shave with the TV Special SS and the German Wilkie. This morning, I felt a bit lazy and wanted something of a no-brainer so I grabbed the Schick which was already loaded with a Twin blade. Nice DFS to end the week.

No, its a barber's point. Not full round, but not spike either. I don't think there is anyone on this thread I would send a spike tip to for their first or second straight.

 

Welcome aboard! I'm about to shave with an injector and some vintage blades right now. There are plenty of people on this thread willing to help, and we have shaved with just about everything.

 

I took the stitches out last week. My index finger is healing up nicely, but there will be a scar.
