I told them about us, told them where we are, and politely asked that they consider bringing back the Lime. Even if they did so as a limited run, cases could be bought and put back (I would). But given how much Barbasol I see selling in stores, I bet Lime would sell too.

    Please do likewise!

Big Lots has been carrying it in my area for around a buck a bottle or less, which suggests it's a goner.

I guess we'll just have to jam Sean's e-mail page(in a respectful way of course).

Well, we can add Noxema to the list of "New And Improved Shaving Creams That Were Fine Just The Way They Were". Barbasol, on the other hand, has ALWAYS been a classic just the way it is.

Imay have asked this before. Does anyone know if the barbasol musk AS is still being made?

I've got a Yellow can under my sink that I use from time to time. I use my brush with it too and it works great.

Same as my Walmart, but they had the Arctic Chill so I bought it. I had it used up by February and replaced it with the Yellow can. I think I found it at Fred Meyers for $1.75.

I just bought a large bottle of the Ice Blue AV that's got the 100th anniversary labeling on it. Where can I find the Barbasol aftershaves?. My Walmart doesn't sell them.

My grandfather shaved with something in a can, I think Noxema, but it was SOO medicated that I would rub some one my hands in the bathroom just so my hands could smell like that all day. It was crazy medicated/mentholated. This would have been in the 70's. I recently tried current Noxema in the red can and while it was nice, it wasn't even close to what I remembered.

Oh gosh no, that went out of production years ago. I kick myself constantly for not hoarding while it was available. Though AV Musk is close to it. And the same for Skin Bracer Cool Spice. The ex didn't like anything even close to Old Spice so I thought why bother? (it was sort of Old Spice meets Bay Rum) Now I wish I had it!

The Yellow is definitely the best performer. Gotta love the Red though for the classic scent. The rest I can take or leave. Pacific Rush is nice but alas, it's going going gone soon..

I normally use Barbasol when I'm pressed for time. Using the brush would defeat the purpose of saving time. I have plenty of other days to use my brush.

do you find this version to be thicker than the others? it doesn't rinse off my razor as well as Red, Yellow or PR. I wanted to try it once but I probably won't again.

I was poking around on the Barbasol website and I see that Pacific Rush is still on there. For some reason I thought it was going the way of the PR Aftershave, but apparently not. Also, it looks like Barbasol has given up on their shave gel, or else they just don't list it on their website.. I tried it once years ago, and it wasn't all that different from Edge.
