www.distilledrose.com I discovered the website etsy.com (where Distilled Rose is registered), googling stuff one day a while back. Pretty cool site, looks like anybody who makes personal crafts can list their stuff for sale on there. Almost like an ebay for home-soapers, without the auction process.
Actually, thats a pretty small bottle (4oz I think) - its not a "steal", but I wouldn't call it overpriced either. It seems to smell pretty good, rather cinnamon-y.....and also much different than your average bay rum. Tough to describe really, its just unique to my nose, and not heavy on the "bay" ; what I'm comparing to is master, pinaud, stephan, etc. Definitely smells natural. I'm probably going to add some glycerin into this bottle. It might need some other tweaks, but what I'm not sure yet.
Ok, Thanks...the bottle looked really big in the photos, I did't check the size though. I still looking at all the stuff :drool
One Tony Miller # 2 latigo strop. It came while I was gone to Texas, and it did not arrive with the other mail we had held, so I was a little nervous. But it came today, and it is a beaut!
Took a little drive to West Virginia yesterday to pick up a few things. The Gentleman's Quarter Lavender shaving cream Bay Rum with Sweet Orange shaving soap Cavendish Black shaving soap Autumn Spice bath soap They all smell divine. :love029
Woohoo!! I finally got my new videocamera. It's a JVC Everio G with 20 gigabyte harddisk! I'm soo damn pumped! I already made a honing video (will be posted later this week) and I'll be using it to make rollerblading video's. It's the easiest camera I've ever worked with. That harddrive is soooo usefull!
You went right to the source huh? Is she done moving yet? Nice haul, btw - enjoy them :happy088 (you too Chris)
This is the best I can do. http://www.tamarackwv.com/catalog/product/TheGentlemansQuarterLavenderShavingCream,1299.aspx I don't know if she's done moving yet. She wasn't there at the time. And I don't know much about her.
