Thank you Doug. I am going to finish out the week with the 30DC boar. My other brushes are getting lonely. :D

    Razor: M3 Schick Adjustable (5)
    Blade: Personna Twin
    Brush: Razorock Plissoft 22
    Cream: KMF fragrance-free
    Post: Alum, Listerine, WH

Yesterday's issues with the blade did not repeat themselves today. All in all, a pleasant BBS with no issues.

Tomorrow, I try a newly acquired Schick G8 Injector.

    Razor: Blackland Sabre
    Blade: Personna GEM (1)
    Brush: Ever-Ready 100T w/Tuxedo
    Soap: Oleo Soapworks Montrose Beach
    A/S: Myrsol Agua Balsamica

Three passes for a very close comfortable shave. The soap scent notes are sea salt, dried coconut, eucalyptus, jasmine, carnation, vetiver, driftwood and seaweed. It whipped up a good rich lather in no time. The lather was long lasting, slick and had good cushion and glide. The Blackland Sabre has a good weight and is comfortable to use.

Thank you Clint. I think it turned out pretty well. I put some very small bearing in the handle to add weight, which seemed to help.

I raided the reloading supplies and addd 9mm fmj bullets to mine

I have a C40 handle on the way that I will transplant the Tuxedo knot into this weekend.

My technique is improving and I'm sticking with my gear. I'm also getting better whipping up a nice lather. Water/soap ratio matters.

I'm getting a closer shave on the mustache area, but still get a good bit of burning with the AS. I need to work on smoothness here.

Just the projectile or the whole bullet? :) If memory services me correctly ( I can't believe I said that) the C40 is red and white with the white being the top color of the handle. The black Tuxedo will be a very nice contrast. That was the reason I installed the Tuxedo in my 100T.

Great pic. Whatever piece of pottery type stuff you are sitting on goes great with Test Depth.

Very cool blade. Do you have an idea when it was made?

Just the projectile not the entire round. I already have a 100T like yours with a TGN finest. You're right the C40 is red with white on top. If I don't like the look of the Tuxedo in the C40 I can always put it in the WDC-6 and the Sunrise knot in the C40.

I sort of figured that. It was an attempt at humor. Maybe next time. :) I'll to check out a Tuxedo in one of my WDC brushes.

Thanks. As near as I can tell from the markings it would be between 1865 and 1876.
