We live in a cash and carry, instant gratification, want-it-yesterday-if-not-sooner, impatient society. Many times I catch myself taking just about my whole world for granted. Today, I am grateful for many things, but if I had to name one: I am grateful to be all better from a recent foot injury. What say you?
Awesome! I am going to live this. Every day I will post one thing here for which I am grateful. Please join in when the thought strikes.
I say let me KICK it around, went through the same thing with a shoulder, was great when everything healed. Good luck to you. Sent from my QTAQZ3 using Tapatalk
I'm grateful for the last 9 years. I should have died in 2008 but here I stand. Every day is one more bonus. Sent from my SM-T350 using Tapatalk
I'm grateful to wake up every day. Almost didn't a couple of times. And I'm grateful for the Lord and all his blessings.
I'm grateful that my Mom helped steer me in the direction of much improved education after struggling with learning issues.
Grateful for my wife, my family, my friends... ...and grateful for renewed grace & mercy every single day!
I am unspeakably grateful for something that has happened recently, something very painful but a long time in coming but which has (in a manner of speaking) lanced a long-festering boil that will allow for the deepest of healing to finally commence. I ask those of you who know the Lord to please keep me and mine in your prayers.
With three family member deaths and one of a friend in the last six months, I am grateful for the breath I draw and the strength that God has granted me to get through it all. To be continued... Don
I work in the medical field and I'm grateful to be walking, talking and eating on my own. Simple things taken for such granted everyday. Your health is your wealth. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Prayers for you my good friend. I have one of my own that I have put in God's hands because that's the only way it will heal. Don
I'm grateful that I was able to spend a wonderful week with family last week and that my daughter had a great month spent with my parents
Terrific thread! I am forever grateful to the dedicated and caring medical professionals who took expert care of our little boy when he was born quite prematurely in December 2014. A special gratitude goes to the NICU nurses who worked around the clock to take care of him and us. I'm happy to report he's now a healthy and happy little boy that gives us lots and lots of joy!
The grandparent/grandchild relationship is a special one indeed. I am grateful for the little boy who spends every weekend with his Mammah and Dzia Dzia. Keep up the good work. It's memories that will be treasured forever. Don
I'm grateful that every day I wake up, shave and am able to still get out there and work(though not too hard). There are many who cannot.
I am also grateful that though my son is proficient in the profession of arms, he has not had to put those skills to the test in earnest. Because I know it's a fine line between this: and this:
