JULY 31, 2017 - JAMIE's Night Shave, Back to the PAL INJECTO-MATIC with 2nd shave on the NOS KMART Blade - We all know that the Pal Injecto-Matic is almost as good as a Type E, I am very happy with the KMART Blade- 2nd shave was great- I scored to 11 blade magazines - I will gladly get more if I see them - Now I wonder if the ones in the Plastic magazine are same as these?
Tues 1st Aug Mongoose B3 & Feather Pro [ 5 ] Twelve consecutive shaves with the Mongoose. Having read about it moons ago I probably scoffed at the glowing reviews. Having acquired one the Testimonials were spot on, a really great Razor.

August 1, 2017 Razor: Schick M3 Adjustable (5) Blade: Personna Twin Injector Brush: 30DC LE w/Virginia Sheng Pure Badger Cream: KMF fragrance-free Post: Alum, Listerine, WH Off we go on another month. My main focus for the month is trying to master my 30DC brush with its Pure Badger knot. This is only my second badger brush. The first, a cheap Chinese Pure badger, seems to be a completely different beast. The cheap brush is soft but very floppy; I also need to be careful about how wet I get it as it turns into a sloppy paintbrush. OTOH, the Virginia Sheng PB knot in this brush is more like my one horsehair brush- lots of backbone and some scratch. The issue seems to be with getting it wet enough. First pass seems to be good, but then I almost have to start over for the second pass. Since it is Adjustable August, I decided to kick off the month with the Schick Adjustable. I think it may be nearing time to replace the Twin blade (something I'm hesitant to do as I only have a few) but no issues and a BBS or close enough.
I tried to push the carbon Blue Star through a second head shave. Not. Replaced the blade and the power and glory is mine again. GEM1912 with Rockwell handle. Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk
I only have one adjustable and it is not an injector or an SE. Sooooooo, if I did follow Adjustable August I wouldn't be able to you fine gentlemen about it here.

That is so sweet Clint. I want one.... I now have Rubberset 400 envy. Great It's hard enough trying to fine a good Gem style wedge blade razor with out wanting one of these. I notice you have a 3. Is one better than another?
Thank you. There were 3 different Rubberset 400. A #3, a #4 and one with no number with #3 seeming to be the more common. There are several modern 400 replica brushes made now. Take a look at Italian Barber, they have several different handles and knots.
