Not quite as deadly as a true spike point. Great for detail work, however.

 

It's a Stub-tail Razor Day, for me. I really enjoy this Pre-Civil War Era razor. It never lets me down. I had a super smooth, and enjoyable 2 pass shave, that left me BBS. I had only one small weeper, that I didn't feel, or know it happened, until the shave was over.

Robeson. Nice three pass shave. I've been camping since last Sunday. This is one of the four razors I drug along.

 

I used my Genco "Fluid Steel" this morning. It was not a bad shave, but this baby needs a little touch up on the hone before the next shave.

I used the Maggards green apple soap this morning that @Herm2502 was kind enough to send to me. It provides a nice lather and has a potent scent of green apples. Good stuff!

Forty-four years married. I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Col. Conk Lime Shaving Soap face-lathered well with The Jayaruh #206 Badger brush. I did the two passes with the Dubl Duck 5/8 ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Peach WH and then Pinaud Vanilla AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Second shave with a straight razor and the best part, no weepers. Two passes WTG, with a bit of XTG on the second pass, for a nice DFS.
