    Pre-Shave: Hot Shower
    Soap: Arko
Brush: Maseto Shaving (MS), 30mm Finest Badger Fan Shaped (Lather Hog)
    Razor: GEM OCMM
    Blade: PAL Blade
    Post-Shave: Thayers Witch Hazel Aftershave

This mornings shave was shave number two with the OCMM. Another fantastic shave. I now know why people talk so highly of this razor. I changed up the blade and put my used PAL blade in it. It had about a dozen shaves on it.

This morning I noticed that if I kept the cap on my face I did not get as much audio feedback from the razor as I did last time. Though if I lifted it off my face at all, it stated talking. The more I lifted the more it talked. It was such a good shave I did a third pass with very little issues, other then the brush not wanting to give up any lather on the third pass.

I will use this set up one more time for a weeks worth of shaves then go back to the CPMM to see how the two compare.

I just finished a fantastic 3 pass shave with this razor. I took @jmudrick advise from speaking with him. Double up on the blade. This makes the DE blade very stiff. Resulting in a super close irritation free shave.

Have a safe and fun weekend my friends.

    Thank you Doug.

These new synthetics make lather effortlessly. They are becoming my favorite type of knots.

    Blade: Chinese Schick
    Razor: Schick G1 injector
    Brush: JR #142 black badger
    Lather: Stirling The Lounge
Post: Witch hazel, Jeeves of Hudson Street Tobacco and Bay Leaf aftershave
    WTG, touch up

Schick G1 today. Great shave as always with this razor. I have other injectors and SE razors and enjoy them all. Then I return to the G1 after some time away and remember why I switched away from DE. So smooth and comfortable. Very enjoyable.

    Have a great day!

Once again the Ever-ready 1914 gave me a easy 3 pass with minor pick ups bbs shave. .... this razor just blows away the 1912 and 1924 .... the mini lather catcher is in my mount Rushmore of razors

Brass General & S/S Handle with Feather Pro [3 ]
My second use of the General with a grippier handle. This one was a bit too long and heavy, but did not detract from the quality of the Shave Attained.

I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Speick Shave Cream face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #119 brush. I did the two passes with the Gem 1911 Lather Catcher and vintage Gem Jr. blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Peach WH and then Pinaud Clubman AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Let me know if I've successfully downloaded this photo. Earlier attempts to upload the image failed because of file size. Had to make adjustments so it's not in the original color version (Sorry, I'm not very computer-savvy). This is my first Schick injector. I believe it's an E3. Found it at an antique store for $11 last month. Cleaned up beautifully and this was my first shave with it using the Chinese made Schick blades. It was great!

DeHaven Sunday. Model 2 with NOS blade (honed and stropped) started rough but second and third passes were better. A surprising near BBS with no blood spilled. Model 3 with a fresh Plus Platinum very effectively handled the head shave, plenty of blade feel but smooth enough. Two pass plus BBS.

I initially tried using Tom's adapter with the Model 2 (which worked fine with the Diplomat) but I just couldn't get it secured properly. Fortunately the unused stock blade was in super shape.

I do favor the extra knurling on the Model 3 (and Model 1).
