It's coming with a nice original case! Very nice. It might be a little milder than your open comb, but I really like the english Techs.
I would reach out to the seller and negotiate a fair refund, probably ask for the shipping cost back. Just my opinion.
Received a very, VERY sad Red Tip ... tried something new for me, major surgery on it. I preformed a T - bar and door transplant. It'll either shave like a Red tip or shave like a standard Flare. Either with way it's going to be interesting.
Greats hauls. I love the look of the hoffritz, but unfortunately they didn't shave well for me and I've sold them off.
It took seven days, and I had to go the PO to pick it up, but it is finally here: my 46 Milord. It has significant plate loss, but otherwise, it is in good shape. This will be my Milord place holder until I can get a more minty one. Thanks @Jorvaljr for offering it to me. http://jrshaving.blogspot.com/2017/08/gillette-milord.html
Enjoy it my friend! Lol due to the plate loss you could pretend it's a milord/ranger hybrid. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
NOS 4 oz. bottle of Seaforth Spiced Shave Lotion. Less than $12 delivered. It still smells pretty good considering it's probably several years past it's original shelf life date.
They're perfectly good for me. Head shave is more of a challenge than the beard for me and I've had no problem at all getting to BBS, no cuts , no tugging. I've used them now in four different razors for beard and head shaves (and prefer them to Personna Red in the R41). Used them in the Cooper this morning. Whether these are the same spec as the fake Gillette Super Blue circa 2011 that Tryablade trashed on Reddit, as some have suggested, I have no idea. All I know is I'd use these any time for a couple shaves (seeing no reason to push my luck with a four cent blade). Interestingly, if you look back to the 2011 B&B thread, marketing aside, people who actually used the Tian Li thought it was a good blade. Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk
