I'm already at the gym at 4am bro. In fact today I woke up at 3am and started the morning with a protein shake and some TESTAMENT !!!
Don't get me wrong, I am completely up by then, but more of a Don Williams and a cup of coffee in the pickup on the way to work at that hour.
Just some serious old school, beer drinking eighties rock here.... Remember when all the cars we drove had crappy radios so we had Pioneer stereos mounted in the dash? 6x9 2-ways in home made, carpeted wooden boxes on the back seat shelf, and those little Tune Ups on the dash? Under dash mounted EQ/Boosters giving you some oomph? That kind of rock.
