Safe travels, and prayers for your loss, but while in Chicago are you going to hit up Q Brothers?

Just a little rain so far. I am not far from Rick, in between Houston and Louisiana. The storm is headed down south right now but is forecast to make landfall, then turn back to the water. When it does it is supposed to head our way. Next week Tuesday and Wednesday are the days we probably get hit. The bad part will be all the rain we get up to that time will keep everything saturated.

Prayers for everyone in Harvey's path. I'll tell you, I'm watching the weather channel right now and it scares the heck out of me, I live in earthquake country, we have little to no warning.
Stay safe! Everything can be replaced.

I think Hodge, Clint and one other person bet on it. All I remember was it was Badger number 5 and Hodge picked it because it is his fire dept number.

Mike I am glad that you are enjoying the CH2 synthetic. I felt pretty sure you would like it based on your brush comments.

Business as usual despite Harvey. Started bowl lather, then loaded more product and face lathered. The 195 is a known constant telling me time for a fresh blade, but I got one last from the Ladas. One nick on the chin probably from a mosquito bite bump. Alum tingled as a done blade predicted. Splashed on vintage AS for a change of scent.

I have had some quite good shave with the Dorco Prime Platinum. I found I liked it best in an aggressive razor.

Oops. I have broken focus two days in a row.

    CJB Kamisori
    Omega 10049
Henri Et Victoria Cognac and Cubans
    Schick Krona (head shave)
    Niveas Sensitive Balm

I was feeling the CJB. One pass with a little touch up left me fairly well DFS (my usual - too much ATG gives me ingrown hairs, which I switched from carts to escape from). Cognac and Cubans is such a great smelling soap. It performs well too. Maybe not top tier, but very good and I will replace it when it is finished. Even after using the Nivea Balm (which I think is on par with or better than the AoS balm that retails for $35 more), I got a strong scent off the soap on my skin for a few hours. Wish I could get an aftershave in that scent but I don't know where or if I can find it in the States.
