  8. Great shave today I'm a little off schedule due to to vacation last week so I had a couple of days growth. I used Seville again and it was amazing as always. I'm still Loving the injector as well it's just so smooth and efficient. BBS with no sting from the alum.

  9. Thank you Jason. I have several rock gardens around the lawn and often use one of them for SOTD photos.

Another nice shave with this razor using a new soap. The soap has a great scent, almost reminiscent of Stirling Sandalwood. The performance is similar to other WSP soaps I have tried. The AS has a bit more Vanilla to my nose than the soap. It was a nice shave on this lazy Sunday. I hope everyone has a great day!

  13. FullSizeRender.jpg Today's shave was brought to me by Thater and B&M Latha Tiaga. The Thater is a thickly packed brush which retains so much water that even after shaking it out and loading it on the puck, there is no need to add any more. Just a few swirls around the bowl and it's ready to rock. What a great shave!

Also, I forgot to upload this one from earlier in the week. It's not every day you can help a guy with Leukemia and get an awesome soap too. If you haven't already, go buy yourself a tub of Jeff's soap from CRSW.

27 August 2017 Adjustable August Blade Focus Shave

Pre: Hot water, soap from the container and a hot towel
    Razor: 1967 Gillette Slim Adjustable
    Blade: Timor
    Brush: Rubberset 303
Soap: Barberia Toscana Sapone Da Barba
Post: Hot/Cold water rinse, alum block, cold towelx2, Dominello Vitali Calming Post Shave Moisturizer
    After Shave: Canoe by Dana

This morning kicks off the shave week prior to SEptember. I'm using a new to me blade, Timor from Germany. I was a little leery as I saw it is "ice tempered".
However it performed very well. I decided on a three pass shave and the Slim stepped up. First pass was on "9", second on "7" and the third on "5". With the Timor loaded I was BBS at the end. Splashed on some Canoe and I was ready to face the day. Have a good 'un.
