    Well it was @Jan Zoethout who made the distinction of SE safety razors in post 2. Straights are the original SE, but the original safeties were not straights. You want to post your straight shaves here, it is fine with me.

    It looks like we are all set and ready to launch SEptember. I have all my August shaves behind me now, and I am ready for a SE shaving extravaganza. I decided to kick off SEptember with my most unusual SE razor, the Schick Repeating Razor version C. Here is my lineup for tomorrow. I will use Jeff's Soap and a Ted Pella stainless blade. As a bonus, it will also be Friday. Of course, being retired, every day is like Friday. Enjoy your SE shaves this month.
