Grateful Dead have a tune named Jack Straw which after Scarlet is probably the song I like live the best. So I did a play on that song name and probably been using it for 20 years. Jack Straw https://g.co/kgs/HiWods Sent from my S8+ using Tapatalk
sd = South Dakota güero = Mexican Spanish slang for blond or fair-haired man I was on a task force 20 years ago and two of us on the team spoke Spanish. The other Spanish speaker and I decided to give everyone Spanish nicknames. I was the tall blond guy so mine was obvious.... although the only blond hair I have left now is my mustache.
Nope, but the trunk monkey is a damned hilarious ad campaign. We have watched them all at work on occasion and will randomly send one to a small group of us out of the blue. If they only knew a munky was in their midst!
I had just watched Gorgo when I first joined and picked it at random. Figured it was easy enough to remember. Then I left for awhile and came back, a mod renamed me Gorgo2. I guess I'm kind of a sequel.
Not directly. I have traced my father's side of the tree back to Scotland and England. The Crockett's started in Scotland (Lanarkshire) and when we got kicked out many went to Ireland and then on to America, My side ended up in a little place called Stoke Gabriel in Devonshire, England. My first ancestor came to America in 1633 long before Davy - he came from the Irish side of the tree much later.
When my son was born, he had big puffy cheeks like a squirrel. So i called him Squirrel, hence FatherofSquirrel.
The name is Rusty Blade...but my friends just call me Rusty. Sorry...couldn't resist. Actually the first vintage Gillette I found in an antique store had a rusty blade in it. So, I thought to myself, what a great name and I've been using it ever since.
