    Refrigeration mechanic for the last 25+ years. The past 12 years also includes general maintenance mechanic duties as well. Production equipment, overhead doors, hoists, etc.

    I sell stuff. Currently mattresses. And manage the store. I'll probably sell other stuff at some point but we'll see. I spent quite a bit of time managing restaurants and selling food. ADT, AT&T, and used cars for awhile. Mattresses are nice. They are comfy to lay on when you're slow.

    I love this thread. It's fascinating how many ways there are to make a living. I knew that already, of course, but having lived in my city for almost 40 years, with only three jobs along the way, I feel a bit insulated from the world. This thread makes me feel good that I have friends all over, doing all sorts of things!

    Production manager for specialty chemical/ pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. I have the distinction in the whole corporation, of having the most direct reports, being 36.

    Youth, worship and missions pastor. Been at it for 20 years. I also volunteer at our local elementary school doing mentoring and tutoring 4 days a week. At my current rate, my only retirement plan is death.

    Senior Structural Revit Technician doing a lot of structural materials and construction methods across a wide range of industry sectors including commercial, residential and industrial developments in buildings, medium to high rise structure, health, education, retail, heritage, sporting facilities, shoring and retention systems, tunnels, retaining walls and other superstructures and major complex structures.
