Razor: Mongoose B2 w/ Timeless Dimpled Handle
    Blade: Feather Professional (6)
Brush: El Druida Red Heart Chakte Kok/African Blackwood 2 Band Badger
    Soap: Oleo Montrose Beach
    A/S: Old Spice Fresh Lime
Mugs & Brush: Old Spice Shave mugs & Brush

    Top Mug:
In this mug, produced in late 1950's to 1960, the words "Shaving Mug" were printed in blue beneath the image of the ship. The ship appears opposite the handle. The bottom is marked "Early American Old Spice" in a top arc with "Shulton Inc., Clifton, N.J." in a bottom arc. The arcs are separated with a single star on each side.

    Left Mug:
This mug was sold from 1964 until 1978. The ship name appears opposite the handle, with Ship Grand Turk on each side. Bottom is marked Old Spice and Shulton with a number that is the mold mark used by Wheaton Glass in the mug manufacturing. Dimensions 2.25" high X 4.75" rim to handle. This mug introduced a reduced shaving soap cake of 3.75 ounces.

    Right mg:
Late Glass Mug 03 shows the Ship Recovery on both sides. I believe it was manufactured for a few years starting in 1970-1978. Bottom is marked Old Spice and Shulton with a number that is the mold mark used by Wheaton Glass in the mug manufacturing. Dimensions 2.25" h X 4.75" rim to handle. This mug held 3.75 ounces of shaving soap.

Brush: I don't know anything about this brush.

    Pre-shave: hot shower
    Soap: Williams
    Razor: Vintage PAL adjustable injector
    Blade: Chinese made Schick (1)
    Brush: Marvy (not pictured)
Post-shave: Thayer's Lavender WH, Gillette Sensitive Skin AS Gel, Gillette Cool Wave AS Splash

I noticed several people shaving with Williams today so I opted to do the same. I love that this soap is easily worked into a lather and I was able to paint a nice, comfortable layer of Williams on my face within a couple of minutes. Today, I wanted to try out my newly acquired PAL adjustable injector razor. I had never used one before and I started out on the "L" setting. I've heard this razor takes some getting used to and I believe it. While it seemed easy on the first pass I noticed I still had stubble on my jawline where I know I had shaved over. I just shrugged my shoulders and carried on. I used the L setting on the left side of my face, and being the curious person I am, I dialed the setting to "3" for the right side. I lathered up again and for the 2nd pass I dialed it to "H" for the heck of it. Usually I have to do a 3rd pass or clean-up pass on my neck and it was no different today. I managed to nick myself on the left side of my neck (I'm right-handed), almost in the same spot as yesterday. My fault. I get carried away trying to get as close a shave as I can on the neck. I really like the razor, but I'll have to do additional shaves on it to find that sweet angle for it. Otherwise, another day and another fine shave.

    Happy shaves, everyone!
