I used to (notice - past tense) make the morning coffee for the Sunday morning fellowship. I was accused of trying to remove the enamel from their teeth!
Right now FrankenCoffee -2 spoons Chicory,Aldi German Roast 3 spoons,Master Chef 4 spoons to a 12 cup drip maker .Serve in a mug with 1 pack stevia,milk added for the first 2 mugs after that I add some flavoring ...vanilla,hazelnut.At night the flavoring is ......whiskey,bourbon,rum,vodka.
Good coffee - black is the only way for me. Swill that really shouldn't pass for coffee - have to add some milk to get it down.
I get my beans from a local shop, Java Love, that roasts their own beans in Bethel, NY and brings them down to NJ each week. I prefer their Bad Ass Blend. I brew in a french press and drink my coffee with frothed milk (manual frother). Basically cafe au last. No sugar......ever.
