Twelve in a row and still going, as long as I`m getting such good shaves, including today, I will go as far as I can. Not bored yet. A 2 pass, WTG/ATG shave so smooth, it defies logic. I clean up lightly between passes, and a more defined one last, with a cold water rinse to finish. The Brut is fine but I am getting bored with it. I will scour Walmart for something different. I`m almost Dolphin smooth, my tremors started up near the end of the 2nd pass, so I missed a tiny spot on my neck. God Bless to all and happy shaving.

Ja, ja ich weiss. Morgen benutze ich kein Menthol! (yes, yes I know. Tomorrow I'm not using menthol) Auch werde ich sehr wenig Zeit haben deshalb muss ich mich beeilen. (Also, I'll have very little time therefore I'll have to hurry) Aus diesem Grund habe ich mich für eine Creme entschieden. (For this reason I chose a cream) Ich bereue nichts weil es eine fabelhafte Creme ist. So viel reicher, stabiler Schaum der so leicht zu schlagen ist, der Duft ist schön und die Hautpflege ist sehr beruhigend. (I don't regret it because it's a wonderful cream. So much rich, stable lather that's so easy to whip up, the scent is beautiful, and the skincare is very soothing)

This concludes our German lesson for this evening, and I want you all to know that I LOVE Speick! (I guess the Tabac stick will have to wait!)

. I keep forgetting to say that my Sandpiper has menthol added. Maybe it's because the Sandpiper sample was so attractive to me that I don't notice the menthol in the large bottle. But it's there. Icicles? Those babies are in the Glacial Wintergreen soap!!

 

Moonrise over the Au Sable Dunes on Lake Superior

I spent four days in the woods in the Upper Peninsula along Lake Superior. With a day’s head start and a day delay I had a nice 6 day beard going. I have my Torrey with me and planned to shave with that. Nope. For some reason, me and Torrey’s just do not get along well. With less than half a pass done I switched to the Nordic Beauty. A fantastic, stellar shave. The whisker’s fell like magic for a super close, super smooth shave.

A great evening shave. A 3 pass BBS finish that left me face "Oooo-La-La" and the Dead Sea combo from RazoRock was splendid! The more I use it, the more I like it. Just leaves my face extremely soft and supple. Good stuff, period. Have a great evening and weekend Gents.... ​
