Curious about your post shave choices. Do use both an after shave and balm? Or just after shave or just a balm?
I know I am no help, but I do all three of the choices or often nothing at all. It really depends on my mood and if I have products that compliment each other. Sometimes just a splash of water will do me.
Balm. I find they do a better job moisturizing your skin than splashes do. Sent from my D6708 using Tapatalk
Witch hazel first and then aftershave (either a splash or a balm). If I use a splash I generally use some lotion also since my skin tends to be dry.
Hey there Brad. I am mostly a splash guy. Every once in a while I will use some Anherb Gel, but usually only after a [rare] rough shave.
Aftershave, with a moisturizer in it. If it doesn't have a moisturizer, I add some glycerin to the bottle.
I use a balm, but primarily because my wife purchased a nice sandalwood balm for me. Otherwise I wouldn't use anything. Sent via Tapatalk
Almost always a splash. I will add a balm if I have some post shave irritation. I also add balms during cooler weather, which is a small fraction of the year here. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk
Nivea sensitive post shave balm, followed by the splash of the day. I've followed this routine since I started "traditional" shaving and it has always worked well.
Switched to balms about a year ago. Just better for my skin and balms (Nivea or Lucky Tiger) don't clash with my colognes.
Nothing. Unless I do something wrong. Soap and a complementary blade and DE razor is fine for me. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro
If Lucky Tiger Tonic counts as a balm (for me it's a literal balm), then I often use both. Sho nuff, that's the Tiger.
Same here. I shave every other day most times and might throw on a splash of AS before I leave the house for an no-shave day.
