This big Napoleon is one of my favorites razors. Today I couldn’t wait for the shave to end. Nice result but getting there was tough. Definitely in need of a refresh. :happy088:

I like it a lot. It performed similarly to my favorite Route 66. A quick slick lather and excellent post shave feel. It’s a keeper

Tonight's shave was with a razor, donated by @Morman Bridge , and @mrchick for the blade. I had a weird feeling 2 pass shave, that wasn't tugging, or uncomfortable, just different. This left me with a DFS, and zero issues. Very unique looking and feeling razor. Lots of work to get one shave ready.

    Razor- "Universal". Replaceable blade.
    Brush- Omega 10066
    Soap- Arko/Avon Spicey
Aftershave- Shulton Old Spice. "The Admiral".

I'm glad you were able to get your blade shaving. They do take some work.

Today’s choice just leapt out at me when it was time to shave. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It just cut through those whiskers smooth as could be. :happy036:

Tonight's shave was with one from my favorite Maker, and Model. I had a very smooth 2 pass shave that left me with a near BBS, no touch-ups. Zero issues. Very well made Wedge Razor.

Razor- Union Cutlery, "Golden Spike". Wedge ground blade.
    Brush- Stirling Boar
Soap- Arko/Avon Spicy. I'm trying to use it all up, so I can make a large batch of something else.
Aftershave- Shulton Old Spice, "Early American Old Spice"

Tonight's shave was a first with a recently acquired and honed razor
Took a few tries on the stones to get it right. A little heavier feel than most of the other razors I have. In the end it worked beautifully on just a two pass shave.

    Wade and Butcher bow 6/8
    Cold river Jeffs soap.
    Jayaruh 175 boar brush
    Nivea post shave balm
