I found this new scent unexpectedly while shopping on Friday and just had to buy it. I didn't have time to shop for and test a full set of new products that would fully match this, so I picked out some items from existing sets that smell like they wouldn't intrude on the core scent. This is a scent meant for summer, so, unfortunately I won't be using it much during the winter months, so I am getting this one use in before the fall scents begin on Monday.

 

I will tell you now, it lathers great. It has no smell to me. The puck I have is very old. There is no UPC mark on the package. Thursday will be my second shave with it. I will try to write more. I really like it though.

So let's assume I've decided it's time to settle down and shave with one razor, one soap and one blade. We'll allow a few brushes to rotate the handmade brushes in my collection. So what would my one razor, soap and blade be? Well, I'm not ready to commit to that yet but the NEW LC, Mitchell's Wool Fat and Sharp Star blade are a combination to remember if that day ever arrives. Absolute perfection again. Well, ok, so it was only a near-BBS. ONLY a near-BBS in two passes and a couple of Gillette slides. Perfectly smooth, quiet alum, no issues at all. A great finish to three great days.

One week to go and that means 6 more shaves in OCtober. Everything I need for NOVember is now on a boat/plane/submarine/missile. However they're moving it. I'm hopeful to have everything on or before the 1st. Let's have a great final week of OCtober!

... finally got my Rockwell 6c and damn it’s smooth. Like a knife through butter. Had to check the water to see how much stubble was getting shaved. No nicks or anything either.

Super Fresh
I love this scent! So fresh and clean. This was a superb shave - bookended with menthol from the Cube and the aftershave. Three close and comfortable passes and my face feels soft and smooth.
