It’s been a long time since I used my Bunny and even longer since using the V2. Wow! Quite possibly the smoothest and closest shave you can get. Why did I wait? :happy036:

    Mike’s Natural Soaps Hungarian Lavender
    Savile Row 3824 Silvertip Badger

A Krona fan! I will use my gold Krona tomorrow. Not mint, but very good. It was part of a lot that had a 1959 fatboy and a schick type L with the dummy blade in it. all razors were filthy but cleaned wonderful. Entire lot was 20 dollars and change, my best score. I never see the gold 76.Krona. I would love the entire 76 travel kit... i seen it posted but never for sale. Krona was the 1st bbs I got from a DE when I was learning, it was my easiest razor to learn, and i got a NIB black tip to start.

I have the chrome supply razor, and when I 1st used it I was holding it like the vintage Schick injectors I was so used to and got a bad nick and cut, so i put it away.. I revisited the Supply a few weeks back and this time got the proper angle and wow, what a shave. The 2 dot plate worked best for me. With proper angle, the Supply is wonderful. My RAD got the best of me and I just got the supply 2.0 jet black! Sleek and sexy razor. I have not used it yet, how do u compare it to the 1st version? is the 2.0 different in any way?

ooops its a 1914, haha ... but u know.. I like the 1914 better than a 1912 and the 1924. I finally scored a streamline, in decent shape, it is the 2nd newer version. Basically, after seeing your streamline all these times I fell in love with it. Still need to use it.

    Thanks Doug!

I have the Supply V1 in matte finish, and V2 in the Jet Black and Chrome finish and use the 2 dot version in all 3. Started with the 2 dot but found the 3 dot gave a closer shave for me and no nicks. I guess I lucked out angle wise as I can speed shave like I do with the Feather AS-D2 and Colonial Razors with no fear of a nick. Anyway no difference in the shave at all for me. With these old eyes does look like the V2 tabs that hold the blades look a little bigger and I read somewhere that with the V2 one cannot push down below the locking nut to open the gap and remove a blade like you can with the V1, but I can push down below the locking screw and remove the blade from all 3. Great shaver and will part with all my injectors except the Supply's and repeater.

    Proraso Pre Shave
    Musgo Real
    Jayaruh #235
    Gillette Super 84
    Gillette Silver Blue
    CWR
    Thayer's Lemon WH
    Aqua Velva Musk

I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Musgo Real Shaving Soap face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #235 synthetic brush. I did two passes with the Gillette Super 84 razor on 7 with a Gillette Silver Blue blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Aqua Velva Musk AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    Razor - Qshave Futur Clone
    Blade - [IMG] (2)
    Soap - Soap Commander Courage
    Brush - Stirling Synthetic
    Post - Alum

My what a long day this has been. Started around 4:15 a.m. when I woke up thinking someone was knocking on the front door. Noticed a light flashing out the bedroom window. Stepped into the kitchen to the site of red and blue flashing lights through all the windows. Apparently I'd heard the commotion from a DUI arrest they were in the middle of in the street next to the house. Watched them cuff the guy and then went back for a couple more hours sleep, followed by a very long and quiet day instead of the busy days I like. Anyway.......I'm a bit on the tired side and was ready for a great shave.

Second day on the Qshave razor and blade and I dialed up to 3. That's halfway to the top on this beast. The gap starts looking pretty awesome at this point. It is a .006 increase over #2 which is a pretty good jump. Hoping the blade hangs in there. Soap Commander since it's been awhile since I used it and the Stirling synthetic brush for a hilariously huge amount of lather.

The audible on this razor is awesome and even better at this setting. The Qshave blade on its second run - not so great. It did the job but it is already feeling a bit rough and draggy. I did, however, manage to hang in through three full passes to bring the baby home. Alum was a tad warmer than normal but not horrible. This will be the end for the blade, though. I'll use something I like tomorrow and through the rest of the time with this razor. The Qshave blades are good enough to get the job done for a couple of shaves, but nothing special enough to warrant having them around.

A quick 2 pass plus touch ups shave and back to a BBS finish and feel. 2 tiny weepers as I was up against the clock. But the BG never disappoints. As smooth and efficient as a razor can be. Have a great day and shaves Gents... :happy088:

Beaudelaire is one of my favorite scents, the only one I have backed up. The boar made easy work of the lather and felt great on my face. I'm not sure how much more it will break in over time, but it is a pleasure to use now. Overall this was a close comfortable shave.
