Last Night's Shave - 11/04/2017 I used the legendary Ever-Ready Streamline for the 1st time, I also used a Feather spineless for the 1st time. It was a amazing shave, I don't think a closer irritation free shave is possible.. happy sunday, Jamie
Sunday's Shave Proraso Pre Shave Musgo Real Jayaruh #235 Gem 1911 Lather Catcher Original Gem Cutlery SE CWR Thayer's Lemon WH Aqua Velva Musk I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Musgo Real Colgate Mug Shaving Soap face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #235 synthetic brush. I did the two passes with the Gem 1911 Lather Catcher and vintage Gem Jr. blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Aqua Velva Musk AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Mon 6th November Omega 11126 boar L`Occitane Cade soap ATT SE1- Windrose Handle Schick Proline [ 7 ] Alum Rub/Rinse Off Pitralon Polar A/S After a few Vintage SE/Injector Shaves have gone modern. I know that the ATT SE1 may not be rated by many but I find that it suits me with a strong beard, as I find that I can utilise its weight to good effect. With a blade like the Proline and a good lather it can be wielded with precision to eliminate whiskers with ease in all areas. Todays Shave was no exception and I found the Cade though lacking in scent provided an excellent lather for this Razor/Blade combination. The complete Shave was of the Highest order, and it pains me to say it beats most of my SE/Injector Shaves hands down. I have used this as a Travel Razor whilst on holiday in UK, and found it to be a perfect companion.
