Two more great shaves on the rule. Having a good time with the Lime too! I should use this one more often. This brings the Arko Challenge up to day 122. Long productive day. Other than that...all is quiet in Colorado.

Thanks for the support guys. My wife and I did an 1100 mile plus round trip since Friday to look at a new place to live. I’m a California native that has wanted to move elsewhere for a while. I’ve always thought it would be another nine or so years when I retire. An opportunity came up at work that allows me to move after 31 years tied to the office.
My wife loved the area I had fantasies of moving to and we made an offer on a house that was accepted. We are now back home scrambling to get our house listed for sale this weekend. Around the beginning of the year, we will be Idaho residents. I am so excited

Tuesday Shave:

Shave cream B today. It did not want to take on the wet state I prefer for straights but was good enough to get a good shave. The Ali's Blade is fresh off Gomuyko 20k followed by 50k and 100k diamond paste strops, very sharp and still comfortable. Four passes and a fine shave.

I find I appreciate the scent of Nuàvia Blu more with cooler temperatures and this morning is certainly cooler. The big 30DC boar whips up lather with no effort. I am staying with the same 3 pass pattern, WTG, ATG & XTG, followed by touch ups along my jaw line and buffing my right neck. Using this approach with the OneBlade provides effortless BBS shaves with no nicks, weepers or irritation. The results are so easy it is almost cheating. I hope everyone has a great Tuesday.

Big plan indeed . A couple places I've researched for my move are near Idaho-Pullman and Pomeroy in Washington. But I'm still "soul-searching. But congrats on this .

 

I forgot I had to get up early for a 8:30 oil-change. Thought about doing a quicker shave, but I squeezed in s repeat performance of yesterday. The "Changers Of Oil" shop is just down the street, but the "street" gets heavy traffic about the time I enter it. Anyway, thus another Rte 66/Cubman Special Reserve morning.,
