Well I thought I was doing alright limiting my purchases this year, but I’ve grown to love injectors.

Gillette injector with an unopened package of twinjector blades. It was a very low price and I couldn’t say no.

Which, at first blush, seem to be an E and a G. But, have you seen a head like this:

Definitely an interesting pair of razors. Are they factory?

They should be here by the middle of next week.

 

Wow! I’ve never seen a Schick like that. It could be a one off customized razor or maybe a prototype.

I was genuinely surprised there were no other takers on the auction. I don't know if the dirt put people off or if there is just that little interest in old Schick Injectors. I knew when I looked at the pictures that these were not run of the mill. There's just enough asymmetry to make the think the heads might have been done by hand.

I used a sniping service to be safe and ended up grabbing them for $12.00 shipped.

 

Nicely done. I would have jumped on those had I seen them.

 

I had a hard time selling a nice injector in with plastic and cardboard box, that being said those are very unique. I'm not an injector guy but I would have bid if I'd seen them listed.

Those look hand engraved. The work isn't perfectly symmetrical. I would say an owner who does engraving, maybe on fire arms or jewelry did those. Can't wait to see them cleaned up.

 

I agree. Impressive looking, though, especially the handle on the G1. I'm pumped for them to arrive too.

 

I Just Pressed the Button on this Thuringian Barbers Hone..The Seller Didn't Say what it Was But I Know its a Thuri for Sure as I Already have One..This Stone is 6 Inches in Length..One & Half Inches Wide & Just Under an Inch Deep..

It has One Chip on the Edge So I have Ordered Some 80 & 220 Grit Silicone Carbide to Lap it Out With..I Will Lap it to 1000 Grit with Wet n Dry After I Take the Chip Out with the Silicone Carbide..I Got this for £14.00 Pounds English Posted..Canny be Bad..

Nice haul! It looks like a rocket, but I can’t see the top of the handle in that shot to confirm if it’s the HD. If it is, you’re in for a treat. The HD is one of my favorite Gillette razors.

 

My rotation currently is US and Brit Aristoctat during the week with straight razor sunday. I'm open to adding another!

Need to figure out my straight though seemed to tug today and I def dont have that many shaves on it.
