I have found the wet shaving community in general to be a bunch of real gentlemen. I bought a Chubby once and the seller tossed in a Maggard synthetic. I contacted another seller to buy some Saponificio he had for sale. The soap had already sold, but he offered me another SV soap, charged me what he was selling the first soap for, and included a bottle of the matching aftershave. I donated a Chubby 2 to a charity auction recently and the leading bidder upped his bid fifty dollars with about ten minutes left. There hadn't been any bids for almost a full day when he did this and by doing it he not only committed the additional money, but also extended the bidding time by another hour for anyone else to get in if they wanted. That anti-sniping extension would have happened for him if someone else had bid with less than fifteen minutes left, so he really was just being generous. And speaking of generosity, that auction had over 200 great items donated by individuals, artisans, and vendors.
