Tonight's shave was with a newly honed blade, that just isn't performing as expected. I had an OK 2 pass shave, that left me with a SAS. Back to the stones, to see if I can dial it in. Some of these Framebacks can be tricky to hone at times.

    Razor- Joh.Engstom, Eskilstuna Sweden.
    Brush- Stirling Boar
    Soap- Arko/Sandalwood
    Aftershave- Pinaud Clubman

Scott, once you get that bugger dialed in; you’ll have a phenomenal shaver.! Them Swedes make some pretty hard steel.

I realize that now. I was honing it like it was normal steel. I should have taken my time with this one.

    Tabac SC
    Shavemac ST knot

This is a personal favorite shaving combo for me. Love Tabac SC and the T.I. is good shaving razor combine it with the Shavemac ST and it about as good as it can get. I used the Charnley Forest to touch up the blade and it did a super job. I've had nothing but but positive results with the CF.

Broke out the Geo Wostenholm and Son IXL Razor that just came back from @HolyRollah's shop. This razor is a survivor, but won't win any beauty contests. Original scales and lead wedge, with some pretty significant pitting on the blade and tang. Just a hair over 7/8 and a heavy grind, listed as hollow ground, but close to a wedge. Fresh Jnat edge from Kevin. Great shave today.

Shagged out of work a little early to take possession of a decent shave before heading to the airport. The Bismarck did me right:)

Tonight's shave was with a top notch, French Rattler. I had a smooth as silk, 2 pass shave, that left me near BBS. No touch-ups, no issues.

Razor- French Rattler. "Leon Pelleray", A. Paris. Bone scales.
    Brush- Stirling Boar
    Soap- Arko/Sandalwood
Aftershave- Shulton Old Spice Lime. Ships Lantern, Circa 1973-1975.
