No pictures, but our youngest daughter cooked us a delicious cheese and bean pie today. She's actually attending a cooking school, and working in a restaurant, so it's no surprise that she knows her way in our kitchen
Pork & Sauerkraut, mashed potatoes with lots of butter and cream, homemade yeast rolls. My mom always put brown sugar and onions in with the pork and 'kraut. Hands down my favorite meal.
If I could have one last meal before death. That's a pretty tough question. I've come across a lot of good food in my days. I would have to say a big fat New York strip with A1, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, and 2 pieces of deep fried catfish. And for dessert, a bowl of Blue Bell Cookies and Cream.

Chicken fried steak with mash tatters, white gravy and peas. For dessert a big slice of key lime pie with black coffee. Then bring on the gallows!
There is something wrong with Dutch food - Hachee, Flavink, or Gehaktballen with Hutspot or Stamppot. Or even worse Snert... Sligjhtly redemed by Pannekoeken and Uitsmijter's.
I used to make stamppots for my kids and they loved them. It’s been a while. I need to make one soon.
