Friday night shave

Razor: ER 1924 in travel case
Blade: Gem Carbon (2)
Brush: by Garner
Soap: Jeeves BayRum
AS: VIBR

Super smooth shave with the carbon blade. The Jeeves soap is fantastic smelling and very slick.

The 1924 made easy work tonight. As I have been using an old Damaskeene Blade for the last several months. The carbon blade is a great break.

Alu. General + S/S handle with Feather Pro [ 4 ]
Works better for me with S/S Handle. Smooth in operation, clears upper part of my face fairly well, around the neck quite
poor. Personally get better results with heavier Combos.

Post: Witch hazel, Stirling Scots Pine aftershave

Terrific and easy shave with the I1 injector. Every time I return to this razor it provides a tremendous shave. Have a great weekend!

 

The soap provides a great lather and slickness like all other Stirling soaps. It’s the scent that sets this one apart and I can’t get enough of it.

Picture walking into an old shop in New England just before Christmas. They have ornaments for sale and hanging on their trees. The scent of the fir trees and balsam is in the air, along with the aroma of hot cider, cinnamon and nutmeg and the sound of Christmas carols playing softly in the background. Take all of that and put it into a Stirling soap and you get Rod’s Christmas Eve.

I really like it!
