  1. Oh man....you probably did! I had the Burma Shave Mug out for its use. I did use my second Williams in it, but once again the soap disappointed me.
  2. oh it was YOU.......nah, stick around, I'll vouch for ya.

  3. Thanks Jared. Yes, the brush has broken in nicely and feels great. It lost a handful of hairs along the way, but it finally stopped.

  4. There are something like 20,000 hairs in that brush, and they are packed so tightly that even the ones that aren’t firmly glued take a while to work loose. I am glad yours settled down.
  5. Thanks Jared. I had 750,000 hairs on my head in my 20's. As of this morning, I'm down to 87, and I still haven't settled down. :D

  10. Nice TSD setup, Fuzzy. Welcome back!

Just beautiful, Mark. The beehive brush is a looker! How do you like the Small Batch Shave Tonic? It's made in my hometown. I picked up a bottle awhile back, liked it, and shared it with a friend. I need to pick up another bottle sometime.

Clint, I hope you had a great time with your family today!

That's a fine looking razor, Jared. Congrats on the new brush! I hope it breaks in as you expect.
  11. Thank you Charlie. We had a great time today.
  12. The PRC must really retain a edge. I know it looks fantastic.

Great photo Doug. Lovely holiday background. :)

Congrats on your 5000th post, Perry. I always enjoy reading them. Keep 'em coming!

Man oh man, Jim. You are knocking 'em out of the park with your Christmas SOTD photos!

Brian, I'm glad you like the El Caballero Soap. I have it on deck for Tuesday's shave. Happy Sunday, my friend.

Great SOTD photo, Doug! :happy096: :yoda
  14. Great picture, Brian! Looks like some terrific lather!
  15. Outstanding picture, Doug! What is the background?
  16. Thank you, Charlie!
  17. My wife's bowl filled with the apple like bulbs. Thanks very much Jim.
  18. It does, it's still shaving but needs some work.
  19. Thank you on both counts. I bought the razor from an excellent gentleman on a forum overseas. It was one of my first cleanup/restorations. It still needs to have some fine polishing done to get the marks out that I put into it cleaning it up.

The brush has some potential. It is different, that’s for sure.
  20. I really like it, Doug! Your whole picture just looks great.
