Trying to leave from Amsterdam airport ... -- Pitralon forever - Real pens have a nib - If it doesn't tick, it's not a watch.
37f and about to get worse at Henderson CO USA. Neat radar picture, I am directly underneath the low pressure center of circulation.
We got a dusting of snow overnight. While it will be cold, we do not expect snow over the weekend. I am particularly grateful, as we are taking a trip to PA for a tournament.
Second winter storm this week...after the first one, we were told "sunny and mild through New Year's!"...psh...yeah right! Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk
23 deg F when I got home tonight. Fairly chilly for this area. They are even calling for snow on Xmas for the Seattle region. They go crazy if they get even a dusting of snow out here. I'm from northern Maine and I always get a kick out of watching the locals here deal with a half inch of snow.
Estimated to be a high of 64 on Christmas Eve in Houston, with a Christmas Night temp of roughly 38, and clear for both Eve and Day. Then it's back to normal weather. 40-60% chance of rain for however long it goes. Really, it's "we haven't a clue, so we'll say it'll rain in part of the area." That's the Gulf Coast for you, but I think Houston's a bit more extreme than, say, Lake Charles or New Orleans.
I'm in Champaign, IL and it looks like we are going to have a white Christmas. Right now it is 19 degrees.
Woke up to a white Christmas. About three inches of wet snow. Melting fast. We usually get a little about this time but it never is much and doesn't stay around long.
