Woke up to a white Christmas. About three inches of wet snow. Melting fast. We usually get a little about this time but it never is much and doesn't stay around long.
FYI... Basically, the largest brewery in the world is in Golden. The town stinks of fermentation in warm weather. Choose location wisely.
I know about Coors...hadn't thought about its effect in the warm weather though...isn't there a lot of "pure Rocky Mtn. spring water" as part of Coors' makeup?
Another cold day (in the teens). I’ve been out to the doctor and the supermarket. Never been so glad for the heated seats in my car (aka “The Tushie Toaster”).
I just got a Subaru with heated seats ... I use to pick on people with them ... now I want them in all my vehicles.
When the Budweiser plant fires up here in Houston, it smells like cooking breakfast. Definitely a 'cooking eggs' smell along with the bready/yeasty odor. It's not unpleasant, just odd.
All water in CO comes from the sky. And by pure Rocky Mountain water they mean "City of Golden Municipal Water Supply"
The cold here this winter is torture. Today it's -23C and it's expected to be like this for all of next week. We're suffering.
