Great setup and picture Mark. Knock out shave made good soap. I still have some left. I think it is their Blue.

 

Now that's what I call a shave. The Barbershop soap from Rod treated me to such fantastic lather, its beautiful scent filled my bathroom and the soothing, moisturizing feeling was so good. The Pinaud Bay Rum aftershave stung a little at the beginning but then it felt great. BBS in two fun-filled passes!

12/28/2017 - > Last Night's Shave.

Great shave with my new @Jayaruh handle for my GEM Jr. Bar|Lather Catcher. Just a great handle and I can pinch my thumb and index finger perfectly.

Cool picture. Great setup. Very nice razor.

 

I believe the Crabtree & Evelyn had a reformulation a couple of years ago. The results were disappointing at best. You should consider looking for a tub of the original formula.

 

Knockout made great soaps. I'm savoring the last of the Cotton. It'll be sad to see it go.

It's real nice!(The Stoylin Spice soap),. A burn for the first few minutes, though. To be expected, perhaps. It's been a long time since I used an Old-Spice type product.

Because of some Winter induced dry skin from yesterday's outings, this morning's shave was just OK but with a few weepers. Probably should have used a post shave balm instead of the alcohol based splash. The Med Prep is going strong a 6 shaves in though. Smooth & sharp.

Just a masterful piece of a description of scents and performance. An excellent take and overview that takes the reader just outside your shave den, truly. Coincidentally, I also purchased the Project Leather out of curiosity as I had sent an email to Shalini over @ Wholly Kaw inquiring on their Chypre Rose Concierto with Donkey Milk and they graciously put it back on their website so that I could order a tub. Fabulous customer service from WK as I should be receiving those 2 soaps within the next day or so. Anyways, thanks for your take on this soap. Looks like an order for the Edt & A/S is in the works very soon.....

The razor/blade combo worked well together again, like it a lot. The Taconic SC is great but not so sure about the A/S. Feels really good on the skin but I think it smells like spearmint chewing gum. My bride says no it doesn't so I'll go with that. Anyway, my face is happy. Now go enjoy your day folks
