In other words "I'll see your crazy idea, and raise you a more ridiculous one". Well played. Just be careful. You may be in territory that tears the fabric of the space/time continuum.

A truly DEcadent looking set up, Jim! I got the L’Orange Noir puck on Black Friday, but havent’ used it yet. I’m going to have to pull it out soon after reading your review.
Excellent set up, Dan! I haven’t tried the Eton College, but enjoy TOBS creams very much.

Trying for a luxury lather, but this puck of soap is resisting my efforts. Soused for a couple minutes, loaded twice to get enough product. I got a passable but slightly airy batch somewhat like Barbasol from a can. So I did what I do to that - used the brush to punch it down and added a little water. Acceptable, but not Lux. With a fairly fresh Feather in the 1970 BB and set at 7 I got three easy passes. One nick to my chin, but it might have been knocking the scab off last shaves error. Skipped the alum, accepted delivery of a DFS, and splashed on what I hear may be a discontinued product. E.L.AS is OK, but I like Avon and Pinaud's leathers so I won't miss it when this 8 ounce jug is done.
    Good Shaves Y'all!

What a great looking photo, Rick! I just received a short handled BB myself from @MoAllen at the last raffle.

Reading the Disclaimer {lines No.3 & No.4} in my Signature signifies as Consent. Glad you had a good shave!

I've sampled a couple TOBS creams, too. Anyone have experience with their hard soap? I prefer solid puck if it lathers well. (I'm looking at you, Colgate Cup Soap)

Thank you Jason! I'm thinking of passing this one to my second born son. He's expressed an interest in wet shaving. I'll kit him up with a blade sampler, soap samples, and a brush and bowl.

Thank you, Jason. I enjoy the TOBS creams that I have, and the two scents I really like are the Jermyn Street and the Eton College. The scent of the Eton College is described on the West Coast Shaving site as, "This elegant fragrance has dominant citrus, lemon notes combined with orange and mandarin. The gentle floral notes are blended with a base of patchouli for a warm manly aroma."

I have not tried a TOBS hard soap yet. They have a couple of shave stick options too. Some day.

Thank you, Jason! I haven't tried any of the Fine soaps, but the L'Orange Noir is probably my favorite of the AS.

+1 on the Jermyn Street. I’d also recommend the Sandalwood. I had the Mr. Taylor’s as well but included it in a trade last spring. It was a pleasant scent too.

I'm sitting here admiring your razor stand, and thinking what a great wife Mrs. LOOT is.

Then I thought, "I need one of these." Right now, I keep my razors in organized rows in a dresser drawer (right above my socks and underwear). Then I counted how many slots were in this cabinet for razors and it dawned on me... I have more razors than this cabinet can hold! OMG! I must need a group.

"Hi, my name is Dan. And I'm a razorholic."

Or, maybe I just need two of these cabinets. :p
