    Do you know this shave felt? Borderline-painful, but in a good way. The Glacial Obsidian soap's menthol effect felt so intense, not to mention how rich and slick the lather was and I got a great BBS shave. The matching balm felt icy-cold with great soothing and the Frostbite aftershave froze me altogether. This splash has unbelievably good moisturizing in addition to its menthol.

    Chiseled Face Ghost Town Barber today. 20 seconds to load the Knotsinyourhead/Whipped Dog Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Vintage Schick Plus Platinum in the Gillette Black Beauty. Excellent smooth, close shave. I finished with Chiseled Face Ghost Town Barber aftershave.

    An Italian classic this morning. After being outside in sub-freezing temps the last few days, my skin needed some TLC. Gotta love Proraso post shave balms. They absorb quickly and soothe instantly.
    I could probably get several more shaves out of this blade as it shows no sign of dulling. As smooth & sharp as last Sunday's #1 shave, but I'll be changing blades for tomorrow's shave.

    Did I mention it's freezing here? Snowing too.

    Razor: RazoRock German 37 slant

    My last shave of 2017, and Espresso provided the base for a shave that was nothing short of exemplary... Here's to many a fine shave in 2018.. CHEERS!
