To me, I find it very easy to find soap scents I like from Stirling. This, I cannot say about most other top shelf soap companies. Because of this, I currently have the following soaps: Sandalwood Vanilla Sandalwood Tuscany Arkadia Piacenza Baker St Executive Man Pharaoh's Dreamsicle Dunshire Electric Sheep Gin & Tonic on the Rocks Glacial Eskimo Tuxedo Glacial Lemon Chill Orange Chill Glacial Spearmint Glacial Wintergreen Glacial Obsidian Hot Apple Cider Iced Pineapple Margaritas in the Arctic Island Man Sharp Dressed Man South Padre Vanilla Bean Espresso Black Cherry Weekend In Malibu Red Eye Stirling Green Stirling Blu Frozen Tundra Almond Creme Agar City Slicker That is 33 different scents!!! I got to say that there are a couple of new ones I received recently that I haven't tried yet but do smell great in the packaging. I can safely say that they all smell great and of course the soap base is top shelf. How many Stirling soaps do you have? Does anyone have nearly their entire line (besides Rod)?
Just 3....Barbershop, Spice, and Glacial Wintergreen. But I'll be making more purchases from them, beginning 1-1-2019.
I think there are less than half a dozen people who have even 90% of the scents. In all fairness though, I make a ton of scents so there's no reason any sane person should try to chase them all down. One of the top 3 or 4 owners of Stirling in the entire known universe is a frequent poster in this thread though. He even sent Mandy and I a Christmas gift this year, which was totally awesome. I should have been sending him a gift, given the crazy amount of soap and aftershave he's bought from us.
Soaps: I have samples of Glacial Lemon Chill, Iced Pineapple, Grapefruit with menthol, Gentleman, Ben Franklin, and Scots Pine Sheep. Full tubs of Sandpiper, Dunshire, Sharp Dressed Man, Piacenza, and The Lounge. I have most of the aftershaves to match those scents minus Ben Franklin. There was not an aftershave for The Lounge. I have the Baker Street and Coconut Lime aftershaves as well. Superb quality all around!
I think quite a few people do. It takes a bit more time, but I think it's well worth it. I don't ever want customers to think that we are greedy or that we don't appreciate them buying from us.
[QU Rod and Amanda, I too must profess that I love the hand written note as well. It is such a personal touch that is really appreciated. It is one of the reasons the three of us, my wife, daughter (10yrs) and myself all have Stirling products. My daughter loves to pretend shave with whatever lather I have left and also has several bath soaps. She was so happy to have received some bath soaps for Christmas that she can be found carrying them around and smelling them from time to time. Was one of her most favorite gifts! Wish I knew sooner. Could have saved on an iPad and the VR Jedi Challenge!!! All the best in the new year Rod and Amanda
You can count another two people who enjoy the personal note. My wife and I both like seeing who packed our orders.
Ben Franklin Black Cherry Black Ice Coniferous Eucalyptus Frankincense & Myrrh Lemon Chill Hot Apple Cider Margaritas in the artic Orange Chill Peach Pharaoh's Dreamsicle Pumpkin Spice Red Delicious Winter Green Spearmint Christmas Eve Lime Iced Pineapple I just bought the Christmas Eve.,and it's amazing!Normally,I'd never consider a scent like this, but I was sent a bath soap sample of it,and I had to have the Xmas Eve. shave soap.
I may not have very many different scents from Stirling but I try to be consistent on the ones I enjoy and I do look into trying different ones. Having said that I had a ball (snowball, that is!) with the Glacial Eskimo Tuxedo this morning!
I should be set to pull out the sample Spice bath soap sometime this week-end.. Doc Ezlovan included it in my Spice soap&A.S. order. Could be ready to go with it this week-end.
I just opened the bar of Amber Musk bath soap I got from my Black Friday order. I'm really hoping they keep this scent...
