Some how I missed posting in this thread yesterday. 1 January 2018 New Years Day Pre-Shave: Hot Shower Brush: Brush X, Horse Hair Soap: Mitchell's Wool Fat Razor: The General, Stainless Steel, Colonial Razors Blade: Kai Pink (7) Post-Shave: Cold Water rinse, OSMA Alum block and British Sterling Aftershave Photo: Just as I went with all of my oldest equipment for the shave on the last day of 2017. I went with all of my newest equipment for the first shave of 2018. Was left with another BBS shave from The General.

went to back my aluminum Colonial General last night - the weight and handle are just perfect. I personally see no benefit using a different heavier Handle. This handle shape and weight is perfection and it also look cools. I have no need what so ever to "molest" this razor with a different handle. The PROLINE on the 2nd shave is just awesome .
