A great shave in two easy passes which I enjoyed very much. The Egyptian Ingram cream is so much better than the British version in every way - lather, performance, and skincare. It also has a colder menthol effect. The Lucky Tiger balm felt so good, and the Shambala aftershave smells so nice - not only that, it's pretty mentholated.

    Enjoy your day!

    Razor - Edwin Jagger "Kelvin"
Blade - Astra Superior Platinum *Fresh blade
Brush - Satin Tip "The Purest"
Soap - Cyril R. Salter "Sandalwood" cream style
Aftershave - PAA Sangre de Drago
    Deodorant - Sam's Natural "Tobacco"
Fragrance - Bvlgari Man in Black

Solid shave with no irritation. The Cyril R. Salter soap is a 10 out of 10 performer. It's got phenomenal residual slickness and is highly protective. The Edwin Jagger razor is a great 'standard' shaver. Mild but effective with nearly every blade and the sharpest blades do best in it. Also, this is a great scent combo in the Sandalwood cream, Sangre de Drago's woods and Bvlgari Man in Black's tobacco and black pepper. I stumbled on to this combo when trying to piece together a shave set from misfit products that didn't make it into other kits, but were still great.

From what I've heard about the Techmatic, you are a brave man. I have one also, should I try it?

    NCoxSTL AAACK!

It actually wasn't bad. I left it on the middle setting and did two passes. Actually fairly smooth and no blood. Better than I expected from some reviews I've met.
